The purpose of the Part Time Billing Clerk is to provide clerical and administrative support to the respective client group while actively contributing to an environment of employee and customer engagement
Available Shifts: Fridays and Saturdays 3pm to 11pm and Sundays and Mondays 7am to 3pm (4 days a week 30 hours)

Here’s where you’ll have an impact:
- Prepare Vocollect (Talkman) equipment for the selection crew. Return equipment back at the conclusion of the selecting shift.
- Prepare Driver’s documents for all outgoing deliveries (include all Bill of Lading numbers, any handwritten documentation, cross dock invoices
- Close Delivery Routes to generate store invoices
- Generate invoices from SAP for stores
- Scan Purchase Orders into archives as required
- Input Agropur Cross Dock Data into database and generate BOLs as required
- File Hand Written Bill Of Ladings
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment as per company requirements
- Other duties as assigned

- Above average oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
What you bring to the table:
- As the ideal candidate, you will possess previous data entry and warehouse support experience
- strong computer skills including MS Office, Access, EXE, SAP and IXOS.
- You are able to key accurately with strong attention to detail, have strong multi-tasking, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- You will have strong written and oral communication skills.
- Adapting to changes in the position and working in a fast-paced, time sensitive environment is a requirement.
