possible.

PART-TIME ON-CALL
MAINTENANCE

(Posting No. LL2026-044)

POSITION/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day operations associated with maintaining the facilities and

services of Lanark Lodge.

  • Grade twelve (12) and minimum two (2) year diploma in building maintenance or deemed

skills equivalent of up to two (2) years.

  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in maintenance at a similar sized facility.
  • Proven ability to read and interpret architectural, electrical and mechanical

schematics/drawings.

  • Proficient computer skills, previous experience with computerized preventative

maintenance systems an asset.

This is an existing vacant position with a salary range is $28.57 to $29.45 hourly (2026 rates) as

per the C.U.P.E Collective Agreement.
