Job Overview: Reporting to the Agro Supervisor you will be responsible to: * Demonstrate Four Rivers Co-operative’s values of Responsibility, Integrity,Service, and Excellence in everything you do * Maintain Four Rivers Co-op’s high standards for customer service * Work co-operatively with team members and customers * Serve customers on the till in a timely manner while accepting multiple methods of payment * Stock shelves and merchandising products as required * General housekeeping duties to ensure a clean and organized store What You Bring: * Knowledge of Agro and livestock products would be an asset * Good computer skills and demonstrated experience with Point-of-Sale system * Adaptable, organized, efficient and committed * Be a team member with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills * Demonstrated ability to handle multiple demands * A commitment to quality and an eye for detail * Some heavy lifting may be required * Experience in customer service will be considered an asset * A commitment to a safe work environment * You are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do * You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.
