The Design Coordinator supports the CUS Fashion and Retail Association’s visual identity by creating engaging, on-brand graphics for social media, events, and other promotional materials. Working closely with the VP Marketing team, the coordinator helps translate campaign ideas into cohesive visual content. \n Time Commitment 4-6 Hours/Week Main Responsibilities Design graphics for social media, event promotions, and other club initiatives Follow and help maintain the club’s visual identity across all platforms Collaborate with the VP Marketing team to develop campaign concepts and creative assets Revise designs based on feedback and meet established content deadlines Qualifications Experience with Canva, Figma, or similar design tools Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, colour, and layout Interest in fashion, retail, branding, and social media trends Strong time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines Receptive to feedback and comfortable collaborating with a team Anticipated Learning Outcomes Develop practical graphic design and brand-management experience Strengthen the ability to translate campaign goals into effective visual content Build collaboration, communication, and time-management skills Create portfolio-ready work for social media and event campaigns Gain a deeper understanding of fashion and retail marketing \n Submit the following information no later than September 25 at 11:59PM A one-page resume outlining your most relevant experiences A cover letter highlighting why you want to join CUS Fashion & Retail, what makes you a strong fit for the role, and your vision for the respective portfolio A creative portfolio Please contact Mai Buree at mai.buree@cus.ca and Jenny Zhang at jenny.zhang@cus.ca if you have any additional questions or concerns.
