Role Description The Finance Officer role at COLLECTORstudios is a part-time, remote position responsible for overseeing day-to-day financial operations. This includes preparing, reviewing, and maintaining financial statements, tracking expenses and revenues, and supporting budgeting and forecasting activities. The Finance Officer will coordinate financial reporting for internal stakeholders, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with relevant standards. In addition, this role will analyze financial data to provide insights that support strategic decision-making, collaborate with production and management teams on project budgets, and communicate financial information in a clear, accessible manner. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Finance knowledge and experience working with Financial Statements. Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret financial data and support decision-making. Candidates should possess expertise in Financial Reporting, including preparing regular reports for management. Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for collaborating with internal stakeholders and presenting financial insights. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Proficiency with accounting or finance software and spreadsheets (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets). Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment. Experience in media, production, or creative industries is beneficial but not required.
