What you’ll do: Reporting to the Lumber Manager, the job duties include: * Operate and maintain equipment in a safe and responsible manner. * Sweeping yard regularly or as the need dictates. Must ensure the yard, warehouse and public areas are free of boxes, obstructions, and litter, at all times. * Be familiar with and adhere to Prairie Sky Co-op policies and procedures and hold responsibility in the area of loss prevention. * Provide information, assistance, and service to customers in a manner which will promote the sale of merchandise and meet the needs, requirements, and expectations of the consumer. * Deliver product, as directed by the manager, in a professional and efficient manner. * Ensure all product is signed and/or priced. Ensure that all product is contained in its allocated space or stored appropriately. * Assist in the unloading of a variety of building materials. * Other duties as assigned Why it matters: Our team provides a range of products and services to support our member-owners.
