Ready to suit up as a Concierge Security Guard What matters most in a role like this is your ability to engage with people easily and make them feel confident in your ability to help them. As a Concierge Security Guard, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people all shift, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc. Schedule: Saturday to Sunday 00:00-12:00 Location: L8L 8K5What's in it for you? Manage access control for employees, visitors, and contractors. Conduct regular foot patrols and identify security or safety risks. Monitor CCTV, alarms, and other security systems. Inspect security equipment and report maintenance issues. Respond to security incidents, emergencies, and medical situations. Provide First Aid/CPR and coordinate with emergency services when required. Assist with evacuations, fire drills, and emergency procedures. Perform computer and administrative tasks. Answer questions and assist visitors by phone or in person. Prepare accurate incident and daily activity reports. Communicate security concerns to supervisors. Maintain key control and secure restricted areas. Ensure compliance with company security, health, and safety procedures. Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard Be authorized to work in Canada Hold a valid security license First aid certification required Exceptional customer service skills Proficient in basic phone & computer skills This posting is for a position that is currently vacant within the organization.
