Branch Ambassador- Kinmount

Branch Ambassador (Temporary Part-time) Location: Kinmount, ON Duration: approximately 5-6 months Hours: 16-24 hours per week, Monday to Saturday Rate of Pay: $19.75 - $26.73 per hour (plus applicable benefits) Compensation: Compensation for this position is determined by skills, experience, and education. It is aligned with the location's market data, as well as internal equity. Candidates whose qualifications more closely align with the job requirements may be placed higher within the compensation range. The Branch Ambassador will be responsible for creating member loyalty and providing excellent service by assisting members in person, electronically, or by telephone. This role also involves supporting routine transactions and directing members to advisors for needs-based financial advice.

Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or GED Equivalent and demonstrate excellent customer service, organizational, and sales skills. Previous customer service or banking experience is considered an asset.
