OPEN ROLE We are looking for coaches with an athletic or coaching background who ideally have experience coaching kids ages 15mo-11 years old or pediatric OT/PT experience. Our classes run on weekdays 4 - 745 pm On weekends we run from 8-1 and 1-5 pm Job Qualifications Experience coaching students within the appropriate KidStrong age Experience talking to and educating parents on our curriculum Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics CPR certified Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills Self-starter that just gets a job done Compensation: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour KidStrong is a private child development training center focused on brain, physical & character development for ages walking through 11 years old. KidStrong offers a science-based curriculum that is parent-focused and taught by professionals. Lead science-based fitness games and athletic play to build confidence and character in children aged 15 months to 11 years. Engage with and educate parents on the curriculum while maintaining a high-energy environment.

Candidates should have an athletic or coaching background and be CPR certified. Knowledge of physiology and body mechanics is required, along with a positive and motivating communication style.
