Reporting to the Store Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following: Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operative’s vision, mission, and safety principles to make a difference in members’ lives, with a strong customer-focused approach. Provide legendary service at all touch points through various communication channels. Prepare, package, and label products to Lake Country Co-op standards while maintaining production records. Maintain and display all types of bakery products according to department standards. Monitor code dates to always ensure the freshest inventory is on the shelf; follow First in, first out (FIFO). Ensure to keep a clean and well-maintained department. Support and follow Asset Protection and Safety Management systems, policies, and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned. Able to fulfill physical job requirements, such as heavy lifting, repetitive movements, and standing entire shift. Familiar with Food Safe procedures and practices.
