Job Description Lake Country Co-op invites applications for the position of Part-Time Bakery Clerk (24-39 hours/week) at our Food Store location in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan. Reporting to the Store Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following: Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operative’s vision, mission, and safety principles to make a difference in members’ lives, with a strong customer-focused approach. Provide legendary service at all touch points through various communication channels. Prepare, package, and label products to Lake Country Co-op standards while maintaining production records. Maintain and display all types of bakery products according to department standards. Monitor code dates to always ensure the freshest inventory is on the shelf; follow First in, first out (FIFO). Ensure to keep a clean and well-maintained department. Support and follow Asset Protection and Safety Management systems, policies, and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned. Who You Are You are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations and Customer Service, and you meet the following: Experience in a retail bakery setting is considered an asset. Honest, trustworthy, results-oriented, and proud of the work that you do. Well-organized and capable of attaining a high level of production with a minimum amount of supervision. Able to fulfill physical job requirements, such as heavy lifting, repetitive movements, and standing entire shift. Familiar with Food Safe procedures and practices. Possess a flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
