They must anticipate customer needs and ensure high standards of merchandising and customer satisfaction are maintained. Candidates should have previous management experience in retail or food services and a proven record of driving sales. Strong customer service skills and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, are required.
