They oversee unionized employees, plan labor needs, and ensure compliance with safety and productivity standards. Candidates must have a college diploma (DEC) in administration combined with three years of experience in distribution. Experience managing unionized employees and proficiency in WMS, Kronos, and Outlook are considered assets.
