We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team on Tuesdays and Thursday from 10-4 pm. The ideal candidate will provide expert patient care, develop personalized treatment plans, and support patients in achieving optimal physical health. The Registered Physiotherapist will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality rehabilitative services, ensuring safety and efficacy in all treatments. *Duties* * Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients? physical conditions and mobility limitations * Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and medical history * Provide hands-on therapy including manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities * Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly * Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, home exercises, and health maintenance * Document all patient interactions, assessments, and progress notes accurately in medical records * Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care plans * Ensure adherence to hospital policies, safety standards, and infection control protocols * Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives *Skills* * Valid registration as a Physiotherapist with relevant licensing authorities * Proven experience in hospital settings with a focus on acute care preferred * Experience working with pediatric patients is highly desirable * Strong knowledge of medical terminology and clinical assessment techniques * Excellent patient care skills with compassionate communication abilities * Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment * Adaptability to fast-paced clinical environments with diverse patient needs * Proficiency in documenting clinical information accurately and efficiently This position is ideal for professionals committed to delivering exceptional physiotherapy services while fostering a supportive environment for patient recovery.
