MDSearch is recruiting Family Medicine Physicians on behalf of an established and growing Family Health Organization (FHO) in Brampton, Ontario. Position Details Practice Model: Family Health Organization (FHO) Clinic Size: 8 Physicians within the FHO Team: 6 Family Physicians Position Type: Full-time, Part-time, Locum, or Flexible Schedule Work Arrangement: In-person, Virtual, or Hybrid Compensation: 90% to start, 85% through the full build year, 75% once established What You Can Expect Physicians will have immediate access to an existing patient panel, including more than 300 unattached patients seeking a family physician. Provide primary care services within an established Family Health Organization, managing an existing patient panel and growing a personal roster. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including nursing and administrative staff in an integrated health center.

Candidates must hold a CPSO independent practice license and preferably a CCFP certification in Family Medicine. New graduates and International Medical Graduates are welcome to apply.
