Schedule: Part-time (2–3 days per week) MDSearch is recruiting a Nurse Injector (RN) for medical aesthetics clinics in Windsor and Tecumseh, Ontario. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced aesthetic nurse to join a collaborative team focused on delivering high-quality treatments and natural-looking results. Position Overview: The successful candidate will provide aesthetic consultations and injectable treatments while building long-term patient relationships in a professional and supportive environment. Responsibilities: Administer injectable treatments including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and other cosmetic injections while following proper protocols and safety guidelines. Perform comprehensive consultations to assess client needs and recommend suitable treatment plans including injectables, skincare products, and other treatment modalities. Educate clients on treatment options, expected outcomes, post-care instructions, and maintenance plans. Pre-book clients for future treatments and follow-up appointments. Build customer loyalty through exceptional patient care, post-treatment follow-ups, and appropriate homecare recommendations. Monitor and support patients during and after procedures to ensure comfort, safety, and optimal outcomes. Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation, consent forms, treatment records, and post-treatment tracking. Attend ongoing training sessions and stay current on industry trends, new techniques, treatments, and product knowledge to ensure the highest standard of care. Set up, clean, sanitize, and maintain a sterile and organized procedure room while adhering to all clinical safety, hygiene, and infection control protocols. Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and team members to ensure a seamless client experience. Learn and perform new treatments and procedures as required. Assist with clinic goals, promotional initiatives, and treatment conversion opportunities. Capture standardized before-and-after patient photographs in accordance with clinic protocols. Assist with inventory management for injectables Qualifications: College Diploma in Nursing Hold the license of Registered Nurse (registered with the CNO) Minimum 3 years of aesthetic injectables experience Strong consultation and client communication skills, with proven ability to upsell services ethically and effectively Spoken and written languages: fluency English Be available for occasional evening/weekend work, as required Excellent communicate skills. Demonstrate a client centered approach, team spirit and collaboration. Be honest and trustworthy. Demonstrate initiative and autonomy. Ability to respect work procedures. Excellent interpersonal skills. Compensation: Commission-based, with entry-level compensation ranging from approximately $1,000–$2,000 per day. Top performers have the potential to earn approximately $3,500–$7,500 per day. In addition, there is a performance-based MRTP cross-promotion incentive that runs quarterly. Exigences
