To learn more about who we are and how you can help bring our brand to life, visit us at https://www.newhorizonco-op.crs/sites/newhorizon What you’ll do: Provide an excellent customer experience Provide supervision to Team Member in department as necessary Process payments for customers’ transactions through the cash register Assist with paperwork, scheduling, and other supervisory tasks to support the Team Leader Order, receive, unpack and display merchandise as necessary Ensure all items intended for purchase are identified and properly scanned Comply with health and safety regulations and maintain the store standards of cleanliness Perform additional duties as required Why it matters: Our team provides a range of products and services to support our member-owners. The supervisor will provide excellent customer service while overseeing team members and managing daily retail operations. Responsibilities include processing transactions, scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring store cleanliness and safety compliance.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Previous retail supervisory experience is considered an asset, and the role requires a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
