About Us North Shore Crisis Services Society provides safe housing, 24-hour crisis care, case management services, and holistic support to women (cis, trans) and families affected by violence on the North Shore. The Role The Finance & Operations Manager is a senior-management position responsible for ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of NSCSS’ financial reporting and accounting operations in compliance with all applicable legislative requirements and funder agreements; and management of NSCSS’ IT and office infrastructure, equipment, support services, network/systems administration and related staff training. You'll oversee all financial operations while staying hands-on with day-to-day accounting. Lead budgeting, payroll, CRA compliance, and audits — all while mentoring our Finance Administrator and supporting program teams. Compensation: $44-$49 per hour, based on experience Location: North Vancouver, BC Schedule: Part-time, permanent at 28 hours per week. Strong ability to deal with work-related pressure and time sensitive requests.
