General Laborer (On-Demand / Per-Job)

Job Summary We are seeking motivated and reliable General Labourers to join our team on a per-job basis. This role involves a variety of outdoor tasks, primarily including snow removal and lawn care services. Work is assigned based on job availability and may be offered through a shift-claiming system. Key Responsibilities * Perform snow removal duties, including shovelling, salting, and clearing walkways and driveways * Complete lawn care tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, and general yard maintenance * Operate basic landscaping and snow removal equipment safely and efficiently * Travel to job sites as required * Maintain a professional attitude when interacting with clients * Ensure all assigned work is completed to company standards Work Structure * Compensation is usually provided on a per-job basis * Job opportunities are distributed as fairly as possible among team members * Some jobs may be offered on a first-come, first-served (shift-claiming) basis * Work availability may vary depending on season and demand Requirements * Valid Alberta Class 5 driver’s license (GDL or Non-GDL) * Reliable access to a vehicle at all times * Willingness to transport across the Edmonton Metropolitan Area * Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in various weather conditions * Strong work ethic and reliability * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Experience * No prior experience required * Training will be provided to all successful candidates

Perform outdoor property maintenance tasks including snow removal, salting, lawn mowing, and trimming. Ensure all assigned work is completed to company standards while maintaining a professional attitude with clients.

Must possess a valid Alberta Class 5 driver's license and have reliable access to a vehicle. Candidates must be capable of performing physically demanding outdoor work in various weather conditions.
