Join Northwood and be part of something bigger! We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic CCA's to join our Ivy Meadows team! Qualifications Completion of a recognized CCA program. Provincial CCA certification. Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with clients, families, visitors, and coworkers. Good organizational skills and a strong customer service (client/ family) focus are required. Ability to work well with others. Ability to attend work on a regular and consistent basis according to the Northwood Corporate Standards. Demonstrated use of proper body mechanics and ability to perform heavy lifting. Knowledge of / experience working in a team-based, person-centered approach to care. Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a member of an interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities: As per the CCA job description. Salary /Benefits: CUPE Collective Agreement Effective: September 4th 2026 Hours of Work: 32 hours biweekly (8 hour shifts) Applications Completed internal application forms must be submitted online through the Northwood Hub. A current resume is required for candidates applying outside of the department.
