Requirements What You Bring! • A diploma or degree from a recognized program in Early Childhood Education, Educational Assistant, Bachelor of Education, or a related field • A minimum of 3 years' hands-on experience working with children or youth in daycare or school settings.(Asset) • Familiarity with the New Brunswick Early Childhood Curriculum Framework • A strong sense of independence, accountability, and a proactive mindset • Flexibility and enthusiasm for contributing to a collaborative teaching environment • A commitment to lifelong learning and staying current in your field • Experience working with children and youth with exceptionalities (Asset) Benefits Why Oulton? Candidates must hold a diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education, Educational Assistant, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in daycare or school settings is required.
