The Sales Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and educating customers on cannabis products. They must also maintain store operations and handle transactions using the POS system.

Candidates must have proven experience in a sales or guest service role and be proficient in cash handling and POS systems. The role requires a results-driven approach and the ability to handle customer complaints with patience.
