Job Summary We are looking to a part time psw for a client in the Don Valley Parkway and York Mills Rd area. Shifts: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Time: 9am-1pm. You will also have the opportunity to pick up other shifts with us if you are looking for more hours. Responsibilities Assist with morning care routine. Meal preparation and light housekeeping to ensure a comfortable home environment. Provide companionship and emotional support. Assist clients with ambulation, outings, and errands. Support with medication reminders and basic health tasks. Follow and update care plans as needed. Maintain accurate documentation and charting. Help clients manage daily activities with care and dignity. Assist client to her own condo. Housekeeping and organizing home. Qualifications Personal Support Worker Certificate Current CPR/First Aid Certification. Clear Police Record Check (Vulnerable Sector Screening) or willingness to obtain one. Candidates must hold a Personal Support Worker Certificate and current CPR/First Aid certification. A clear police record check and a negative TB test are also required.
