Restaurant Supervisor

Quesada Burritos & Tacos is looking for a customer-friendly and fast-paced Team Member to join our crew. Duties * High-Speed Prep & Menu Making is key to success. Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards and recipes, ensuring quality and presentation. * Operate POS systems, accurately handling cash and processing transactions efficiently. * Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest experience. * Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy and integrity. * Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including kitchen stations and dining spaces, adhering to food safety standards. * Assist with food safety protocols, proper food handling, and sanitation procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations. * Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining quality standards. * Support team members with various tasks such as restocking supplies and cleaning duties as needed. * Opening/closing the store * Look after Store Operations and increase sales Experience * 2-5 yrs experience in food service or Quick serve restaurant environments. * Familiarity with food preparation techniques is must. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. * Handling cash transactions accurately and managing sales totals. * Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques. * Experience in upselling menu items and increasing sales . * Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
