Customer Service Representative- Part-Time

The Part-Time Customer Service Representative will provide exceptional customer service, answer inquiries, process payments and other sale day activities. It takes a hardworking team of energetic people in a wide variety of full-time and part-time roles to conduct a successful multi-million dollar auction – from equipment inspectors, yard managers and operators to administrative staff and customer service representatives.

The Customer Service Representative will provide exceptional service to customers, answer inquiries, and process payments. They will also assist with various sale day activities to ensure the success of live auctions.

Candidates must have previous in-person customer service experience and excellent keyboarding skills for data entry. Proficiency with computers and the ability to maintain a positive attitude in high-pressure environments are required.
