Equipment Inventory Clerk- Part-Time

Reporting to the Assistant Yard Manager, the Part-Time Equipment Inventory Clerk is a hands-on role suited for someone who enjoys working with customers and has a strong attention to detail. This position oversees inventory management across the site, ensuring accurate and efficient tracking and implementing best practices in inventory control. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and relevant experience in inventory management. The role requires effective multitasking and the ability to make quick, informed decisions based on available information. About the team - Yard Operations We conduct hundreds of live auctions each year around the world. It takes a hardworking team of energetic people in a wide variety of full-time and part-time roles to conduct a successful multi-million dollar auction – from equipment inspectors, yard managers and operators to administrative staff and customer service representatives.

The Equipment Inventory Clerk oversees inventory management across the site to ensure accurate tracking and efficient control. The role involves performing hands-on tasks, maintaining detailed records, and collaborating with team members and customers.

Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience in inventory control or a related field and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. The role requires the physical ability to work outdoors and climb on large equipment, along with strong organizational and communication skills.
