Résumé du poste
Kellys Landing is looking for a Street Team Associate to join our team! Our vision begins and ends with great food, great service and great experiences. Your lifestyle inspires our hospitality. With core values that are based around quality, community and commitment to excellence, The Landing Group is excited to showcase a truly fantastic product and experience. We are looking for an energetic, charismatic Street Marketing Associate to be an advocate of Kellys Landing on the streets after events. You will engage directly with passersby to drive foot traffic, promote our happy hour specials, menu highlights, and overall brand experience. This high-energy, people-facing role requires a friendly, outgoing personality, strong hospitality mindset, and the ability to represent our brand professionally while converting conversations into visits and reservations. What you will do in this role Actively approach and engage pedestrians in a welcoming, non-intrusive manner to introduce our restaurant, highlight promotions (especially happy hour deals, specials, and signature food/beverage items), and encourage immediate or same-day visits. Present yourself professionally at all times in line with brand standards: wear approved uniforms/attire, maintain a polished appearance, and embody our hospitality values of warmth, enthusiasm, and approachability. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our full food and beverage menu, with particular emphasis on happy hour offerings (times, pricing, featured drinks/food items, restrictions, and upsell opportunities) to answer questions confidently and accurately. Distribute promotional materials such as flyers, coupons, menu cards, or branded items while complying with local regulations and venue policies. Build quick rapport with potential guests, listen to their interests/preferences, and tailor pitches to invite groups, individuals, or locals to experience our venue. Track and report daily activities, including number of interactions, leads generated, guests referred, and any feedback from the street. Assist with on-site event promotions or pop-up activations as needed. Adhere to all safety, health, and local bylaws related to street solicitation and public interactions. Contribute to a positive brand image by handling rejections gracefully and maintaining high energy throughout shifts. What we are looking for from you Previous experience in sales, promotions, hospitality, customer service, or street/door-to-door marketing Naturally outgoing, hospitable, and confident personality—comfortable initiating conversations with strangers and handling varied responses. Strong verbal communication skills and ability to think on your feet.
