$18.25/hour + tips | Full-Time & Part-Time | Flexible Scheduling Red Robin Kelowna is hiring Servers to join our front-of-house team at 1920 Cooper Rd, Kelowna, BC V1Y 8K5. Your responsibilities will include: * Welcoming guests and creating a positive experience from start to finish * Taking accurate food and beverage orders * Learning the menu and helping guests with recommendations * Serving food and beverages efficiently and accurately * Checking in with guests and anticipating what they may need * Processing payments accurately * Keeping your tables and section clean and organized * Working closely with Hosts, Bartenders, Expeditors, kitchen team members, and restaurant leaders * Following responsible alcohol-service and food-safety procedures * Helping create an experience that keeps guests coming back WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR We’re looking for people who: * Are friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking with guests * Enjoy working with people and being part of a team * Can stay organized while handling multiple tables and priorities * Are dependable and arrive ready to work * Maintain a positive attitude during busy shifts * Are willing to learn our menu and service standards * Take pride in providing great hospitality * Are available for a combination of day, evening, and/or weekend shifts Previous restaurant serving experience is an asset, but not required. Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, hosting, bartending, or another guest-facing role can also be a great fit. Serving It Right certification is required for liquor service in British Columbia. NEW TO SERVING? You don’t need years of restaurant experience to succeed here. They must also maintain a clean section, process payments, and collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure guest satisfaction.

Candidates should possess strong people skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. While previous serving experience is an asset, it is not required, provided the applicant is willing to learn and holds a Serving It Right certification.
