Position Department: Rockwell School of Business Position School: Rockwell School of Business Overview: As a Marketing & Communications Student Ambassador, you will be an integral part of the Center for Sales Excellence’s outreach efforts by creating both digital and print marketing content and managing social media platforms. From brainstorming content ideas to executing designs, this role offers a dynamic mix of creativity, collaboration, and real-world marketing experience. Responsibilities: Social Media Management: Plan, create, and schedule engaging visual content and videos for Instagram and LinkedIn to promote events, career opportunities, sales center resources, and more. Help shape our marketing strategy by contributing fresh ideas that keep our brand vibrant, relevant, and appealing to students. Digital & Print Design: Use Canva to design eye-catching materials for emails, newsletters, and website content along with print items like flyers, signage, and other items needed for events, competitions and workshops. Event Support: Help prepare for and assist with our CSE’s events, including planning, marketing, setup, logistics, and on-site support, Center for Sales Excellence Initiatives: Actively support the center’s goals by engaging with our Sponsors, suggesting new ideas, and promoting Sales Center initiatives. Other Duties as Assigned: Support our center’s initiatives and projects as needed including marketing and communications for the Collaborative Learning Institute. Minimum Qualifications: Part of the Center for Sales Excellence. Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram and LinkedIn). Experience with Canva (or similar design tools). Keen understanding of the goals of the Center, its sponsors and students. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset and strong attention to detail. Interest in marketing, sales, communications, and career development. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Currently enrolled RMU student in CSE (sophomore, junior, or senior).
