About RYSE RYSE builds smart shades and motorized window covering technology that make homes simpler and smarter to live in. We're growing our live commerce presence on TikTok and looking for engaging, on-camera hosts to bring our products to life for viewers in real time. About The Role We're building a small rotating team of TikTok Live Hosts to run daily live shopping streams from our studio. Hosts will demonstrate RYSE products, answer viewer questions in real time, and drive engagement and sales during each session. We're starting with paid, in-studio tryout sessions to find the right hosts, then settling into an ongoing rotation (currently targeting two hosts alternating days) so RYSE goes live every day. Responsibilities Host TikTok Live sessions from our studio, showcasing RYSE smart shades and accessories Demonstrate product features and installation in an engaging, easy-to-follow way Interact with live viewers, answer questions, and respond to comments in real time Drive viewer engagement through energy, storytelling, and calls to action Maintain a clean, on-brand studio setup and follow content guidelines Requirements Prior experience live streaming, hosting, or on-camera presenting (TikTok Live, QVC-style commerce, or similar preferred) Comfortable speaking on camera for extended periods with high energy Strong communication skills and quick thinking to handle live audience questions Interest in home tech, smart home, or DIY products is a plus Reliable and punctual; able to commit to a consistent rotating schedule Familiarity with TikTok's platform, trends, and live shopping features How To Apply Submit a short video clip or reel demonstrating your on-camera presence and energy Include your resume Benefits Ongoing hours: Rotating daily schedule, hours TBD based on live slot length. Candidates should have prior experience in live streaming or on-camera presenting with high energy and strong communication skills. Familiarity with TikTok's platform and an interest in smart home technology is preferred.
