Responsible for processing dishware, maintaining sanitation of kitchen equipment, and ensuring the cleanliness of dining and kitchen areas. The role also includes bussing tables and supporting culinary services to ensure a safe environment for patients.

Requires a high school diploma or GED and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. CPR, First Aid, or Food Handler certifications are considered assets.
