Sales Associate

Position: Sales Associate Reports to: Retail Manager We are seeking a friendly and motivated Sales Associate to join the Silver Hills Bakery retail team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service, promoting our high-quality plant-based baked goods, and assisting in the daily operations of our store. Responsibilities include greeting customers, answering questions, assisting with product selection, operating the cash register, restocking merchandise, and maintaining a clean and inviting store environment. Qualifications and Skills: Strong passion for health, wellness, and plant-based products. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with a positive attitude. Basic math skills and cash handling experience preferred. Ability to frequently bend, reach, and lift up to 25 kg. Flexible availability including weekends. High School diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous retail or food service experience is an asset. Proficiency in English. Employee Discounts On-site Parking Hourly rate $18.25
