One-Year Part-Time Term | 20–25 Hours per Week Primarily Remote | Edmonton Region Compensation: $36 per hour Sinogap Solutions is looking for a creative and versatile Learning & Content Design Coordinator to join our small team. This role is for someone who enjoys transforming ideas and intellectual property into polished, engaging learning experiences and content. The successful candidate will work directly with Sinogap’s Founder and Principal Consultant across a variety of projects involving instructional design, curriculum development, e-learning, visual design, communications, and marketing. What you’ll do: • Revise and modernize leadership-development curriculum • Develop facilitator guides, participant workbooks, activities, and learning resources • Build and update e-learning using tools such as Articulate Rise 360 • Create presentations, worksheets, graphics, and other visual content using Canva and PowerPoint • Draft newsletters, promotional emails, and social media content • Repurpose workshops, keynotes, articles, and other thought leadership into new formats • Proofread, test, organize, and maintain learning materials and digital content • Support virtual and in-person programs • Develop facilitation skills through observation and progressive co-facilitation Who we’re looking for: You may be an emerging learning and content professional, or you may have several years of experience and be looking for a flexible, creative role. Ideally, you bring: • Experience or education related to instructional design, adult education, educational technology, communications, digital media, or content development • Knowledge of adult-learning and instructional-design principles • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills • A strong eye for visual design and detail • Experience with, or the ability to quickly learn, Articulate Rise 360, Canva, PowerPoint, email marketing platforms, and social media tools • Comfort using AI tools thoughtfully • Strong organization and project-management skills • The ability to work independently and translate direction into finished work • An interest in developing professional facilitation skills • Willingness and ability to travel occasionally What we offer: • $36 per hour for 20–25 hours per week • A one-year term, with the possibility of extension • Primarily remote work • One paid, full-day in-person collaboration session each month in the Edmonton region • Flexibility in how you structure your workweek outside scheduled commitments • Vacation pay accrued at 6% • Seven paid sick or personal wellness days annually • A Health Spending Account • Equipment and professional-development opportunities • Required business travel expenses covered by Sinogap Applicants must live in Edmonton or the surrounding region, be legally entitled to work in Canada, and be available to attend the monthly in-person collaboration day.
