We are looking for a friendly, confident, and motivated individual to join *Sleepwell Bedding* as a Part-Time Sales Associate. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, product education, and creating simple promotional content for social media. The primary focus is helping customers choose the right mattress while also supporting brand awareness through short videos and posts on social media platforms. *Responsibilities* _*Sales & Customer Support*_ * Assist customers in selecting mattresses based on comfort, sleep needs, and budget * Explain product features, firmness levels, materials, and benefits * Handle in-store, phone, and online customer inquiries * Support promotions and help close sales _*Social Media & Brand Awareness*_ * Create short product and awareness videos (Instagram Reels, Facebook, TikTok) * Promote Sleepwell products on social media platforms * Respond to basic comments and customer questions online * Help increase brand visibility and engagement _*Product Knowledge*_ * Learn and understand Sleepwell mattress ranges * Educate customers about sleep comfort and mattress benefits *Qualifications* * Experience in retail sales, customer service, or furniture/mattress sales preferred * Comfortable speaking to customers and appearing on camera * Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) * Strong communication skills * Reliable, professional, and eager to learn Job Types: Part-time, Permanent Pay: $16.92-$18.95 per hour Expected hours: 15 ? 30 per week Benefits: * Flexible schedule * On-site parking * Store discount Education: * Secondary School (preferred) Work Location: In person
