Clinical Coordinator (Part-time) – Lethbridge, AB Position Type: Part-time (3 days a week – 8 hrs / per day) Work Days / Timings: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Saturdays required — our busiest patient day, so we need consistent weekend coverage to support our patients) Salary Range: $22.00–$25.00 per hour (+ up to $4/hr in monthly bonuses) Are you passionate about helping people, love staying organized, and want to work close to where you live? Manage Clinic Flow: Coordinate appointments and triage patient referrals with care and professionalism Be the Connection: Communicate and collaborate with doctors, specialists, and allied healthcare professionals Keep Us Moving: Oversee clinic operations, including inventory management and processing sleep test equipment Administrative Rockstar: Provide support with insurance paperwork and administrative tasks What You Bring We’re looking for someone dependable, warm, and detail-oriented who thrives in a healthcare setting: 3+ years of experience in administration, coordination, or a service based role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable with MS Office/ Google Suite/ other platforms 3–4 working days per week, with Saturdays required; remaining days flexible based on clinic needs Availability to work all Saturdays and Mondays (mandatory) Legally eligible to work full-time in Canada (no work sponsorship required) Ready to Join Us?
