Résumé du poste
Part-Time Full-Stack Developer — Spade Group Location: Remote Commitment: 15–20 hrs/week Comp: $25/hr CAD Start: ASAP About Spade Spade Group is one of North America's fastest-growing influencer marketing, clipping and audience engagement agencies. We focus on music and brand marketing, and we've run over 4,000 campaigns and social accounts for clients so far. Behind all of that is a small, fast-moving set of products we build and run in-house: creator platforms, financial tooling, internal dashboards, and the software that keeps campaigns running at scale. What you'll do You'll work directly with the founder on whatever moves the needle that week. Typically that looks like: - Shipping features across our products: backend endpoints, UI, integrations, internal tools. - Picking up well-scoped tickets and taking them all the way through plan, implement, tests, PR, review. - Helping maintain shared internal packages so changes propagate cleanly across our systems. - Digging into production bugs reported through tickets, chat, or monitoring, and fixing the root cause. - Making the dev experience better: stronger tests, cleaner abstractions, faster CI. Expect to touch frontend, backend, infra, and the occasional DB migration in the same week. Stack We run a modern JavaScript and TypeScript stack. Node and React across the board, with Postgres, background workers, and a mix of realtime and event-driven integrations. You'll move between web apps, backend services, published SDKs, and internal tooling. We lean on AI-assisted development heavily (Claude Code), so being comfortable with it helps. It's a tool, though, not a shortcut. You're a fit if - You've spent 2+ years building production web apps with Node and React (or something close enough that it transfers). - You read code carefully before you change it, and you chase down root causes instead of patching symptoms. - You're comfortable working across multiple repos and keeping the cross-repo contract in your head. - You write well: clear PR descriptions, useful ticket comments, honest updates. - You can ship a clean, scoped PR without hand-holding. Nice to have - Experience with modern auth systems, ORMs, job queues, or Next.js App Router. - You've built or maintained a published npm SDK. - You've worked on Discord bots or other realtime, event-driven systems. - MCP server or agent tooling experience. - Linear experience - Typescript experience - SQL knowledge What you get - Direct collaboration with the founding team. - A genuinely modern stack. We use industry standard tooling at real scale. - Ownership over real projects. You'll ship real products to over 30,000 users. - $25/hr CAD, 15–20 hours a week, with room to grow as you take on more. How to apply Send an email to [email protected] with: 1. A short note on why this is interesting to you. 2. Links to one or two things you've built or shipped. Code, products, or PRs you're proud of. 3. Your availability.
