Job post summary Date posted: September 15, 2026 Pay: CA$20.00 - CA$22.00 per hour Job description: Job descriptionOverview SparkPreneurs Education is growing, and we’re looking for passionate Early Childhood Educators with a background in arts & crafts to join our team and inspire young minds through creative, hands-on learning experiences. We are seeking a caring, energetic, and creative instructor who enjoys working with children ages 4–10 in camps, classes, after-school programs, and special events. The ideal candidate is passionate about child development, creativity, and building a fun, supportive learning environment. What You’ll Be Teaching Arts & crafts projects Creative play and sensory activities STEAM-inspired art activities Seasonal and themed camp activities Collaborative and project-based learning Beginner creative workshops for children Responsibilities Develop and lead engaging, age-appropriate activities Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment Supervise children during camps and programs Encourage creativity, confidence, and participation Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming space Communicate professionally with parents and team members Support camp operations and event activities as needed Qualifications Experience working with children in camps, schools, childcare, or workshops Background in Early Childhood Education, child development, or related field Creative and enthusiastic personality Strong communication and classroom management skills Reliable, organized, and team-oriented Ability to work weekday afternoons, summer camps, and occasional weekends Vulnerable Sector Check (or willingness to obtain one) Job Types Part-time, Casual, Seasonal, Internship / Co-op Work Location In person – Toronto, ON How to Apply Please send: A brief introduction Your resume Any relevant experience working with children Email: sparkpreneurs.ca@gmail.com Benefits: Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
