About the Role As we continue to grow and expand, we’re on the lookout for an experienced paramedics to join our team and support the next generation of healthcare professionals as Primary Care Paramedic Instructors. You will deliver engaging classroom and lab-based instruction, support student success, and help ensure our paramedic program continues to meet high educational and professional standards. What you will be responsible for Delivering approved curriculum and course content to students. Creating an engaging and supportive learning environment for adult learners. Clearly explaining course expectations, learning objectives, and lesson plans. Leading classroom, laboratory, and practical learning activities. Administering and grading quizzes, assignments, projects, and exams according to established guidelines. Maintaining accurate attendance, grading, and student records. Ensuring classrooms and labs are organized, safe, and ready for learning. Monitoring equipment and supplies and identify replenishment needs. Participating in curriculum discussions and continuous program improvement initiatives. Attending faculty meetings, training sessions, and graduation events. Collaborating with colleagues to support student success and a positive campus culture. Providing feedback on courses and instructional practices to support ongoing quality improvement Skills, experience & qualifications required - Essential Current licence as a Primary Care Paramedic (PCP), Advanced Care Paramedic (ACP), or higher-level designation in good standing with the relevant licensing authority. Minimum of 3 years (3,000 hours) of recent and relevant paramedic practice experience. Knowledge of MS Office and/or database systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A genuine commitment to helping students achieve their goals. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Sound problem-solving and decision-making skills.
