We are actively recruiting for a detail-oriented and dedicated Temporary Part Time Administrative Assistant - Human Resources to join our team reporting to the Manager of Human Resources to start immediately. This is an 8 week-Summer Job position. Responsibilities: * Maintaining digital and physical folders for all employees (ensuring confidentiality). * Helping format and distribute the latest versions of policies. * Involvement in the Annual Opinion Survey by being involved in focus groups, compiling results and building an action plan. * Supporting current projects. * Outstanding written and verbal communication skills · Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail · Good typing and data entry skills. All successful candidates must have, prior to start date: * A current and clear Criminal Records Check with Vulnerable Sector Check that has been obtained no more than 90 calendar days prior to the hire date.
