housekeeping room attendant

We are seeking an experienced, dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to perform various cleaning tasks efficiently. *Responsibilities:* * Must possess physical stamina and mobility including the ability to reach, pull, push, kneel, bend, reach overhead, walk up & down flight of stairs. * Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas including guest rooms, hallways, and common areas. * Dust, vacuum, and mop floors; clean windows and mirrors; sanitize bathrooms, make beds * May assist in deep cleans. * Maintain room attendant cart, replenishing items as needed * Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. * Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed according to established schedules and standards. * Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when stock is low. * Previous experience in Hotel/Motel cleaning is preferred. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. * Flexible to schedules/shifts; last minute calls, weekends, holidays as needed. * *Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.* We are currently looking to hire experienced part-time housekeepers (with the possibility of working full time hours for the busy season). _*Must be flexible.*_ *Must be available to work from 830am-4pm weekdays and weekends.* _*\*\*\*\* Phone calls and drop-ins between 9am-3pm ONLY\*\*\*\**_ Pay: From $18.00 per hour Experience: * cleaning: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: In person
