Under the supervision of the Ramp Supervisor, the incumbent serves as a Ramp Agent. They perform ramp agent duties while providing passengers and flight crew with a safe, professional, courteous, and respectful experience. Key Responsibilities: Greet passengers and flight crew in a professional, courteous, and respectful manner. Comply with all ramp and hangar safety procedures and regulations at all times. Prepare aircraft for flight and customer acceptance. Marshal aircraft during arrivals and departures using standard hand signals. Tow aircraft. Refuel aircraft. Load and unload aircraft. Transport passengers and crew members. Perform other related duties as assigned. Working Conditions: Shifts from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., or on call according to operational requirements. Day or night shifts, scheduled Monday through Sunday Requirements Required Qualifications Must hold, at minimum, a valid Canadian work permit. Valid Class 5 driver's licence. Class 3 driver's licence is considered an asset. Must hold an Airside Vehicle Operator Permit (AVOP) - Class D, or be willing to obtain it within the first three months of employment. Eligible to obtain a Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC). Bilingual (spoken French and English). Experience in the aviation industry is considered an asset. High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to work in various weather conditions (hot and cold). Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs / 23 kg).
