Job Description: Registered Dietitian (Sub-contractor) Clinic: Stillwater Women’s Health Location: 41 Broadway, Unit 2, Orangeville, Ontario Position Type: Sub-contractor (Independent Practitioner), Full-time or Part-time Start Date: October 1, 2026 (approximate, based on renovation completion timeline and clinic opening date which is TBD) About Stillwater Women’s Health Stillwater Women’s Health is a multidisciplinary health centre in Orangeville Ontario dedicated to providing unhurried, supportive, and nourishing care to people who identify as women, at all stages of life. We aim to bridge the gap between rigorous clinical expertise and holistic, compassionate care. Our mission is to empower women through every stage of life, specifically focusing on midlife, menopause, and reproductive health. The Opportunity We are looking for a passionate, autonomous Registered Dietitian (RD) to join our team as a sub-contractor. This is an ideal role for a practitioner looking to build or move their private practice into a women-focused, collaborative medical environment. As a sub-contractor, you will manage your own patient panel and clinical approach while benefiting from our clinic’s brand, referral network, and beautiful physical space (including our group room and newly renovated exam rooms). Key Responsibilities Clinical Consultation: Provide evidence-based nutrition counseling to women, addressing concerns such as PMOS, menopause, prenatal/postnatal nutrition, metabolic health, etc. Collaborative Care: Work alongside our physicians and other wellness staff to provide holistic, unhurried care plans for shared patients. Program Development: (Optional/Growth Opportunity) Possibility to lead small-group nutrition workshops or mindfulness-based eating sessions in our on-site yoga/wellness studio. Professionalism: Maintain high standards of documentation in our EMR system and adhere to all PHIPA privacy regulations. Qualifications & Requirements Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food and Nutrition from an accredited university. Registration: Current registration in good standing with the College of Dietitians of Ontario (CDO). Insurance: Valid professional liability insurance ($2M minimum). Experience: Experience in women’s health is highly preferred. Values: A commitment to providing care that is unhurried, supportive, and respectful of a woman’s individual health journey. Referral Pipeline: Direct internal referrals from our physicians and other practitioners. Operational Support: Access to our common waiting area and reception services. Contract Terms This is a sub-contractor position, not an employment contract. Remuneration is based on a split-fee/percentage model to be negotiated. Flexible scheduling (part-time or full-time hours available).
