What You’ll Do: • Administer medications and treatments per physician orders • Follow the Six Rights of Medication Administration • Document in MAR/TAR accurately and in real time • Observe residents during and after medication passes • Monitor symptoms and administer medications as ordered for symptom relief • Report refusals or concerns promptly • Complete narcotic counts per policy • Maintain clean, organized medication carts and rooms • Follow infection control and safety standards You play a critical role in preventing medication errors, identifying health changes early, and protecting resident safety through attention to detail and regulatory compliance. What We’re Looking For: • High School Diploma/GED; age 18+ • Medication Administration certification • CPR and First Aid certification • Strong documentation and communication skills • Senior care experience preferred Medication Aide / Med Tech – Deliver Safe, Accurate Medication Care for Our Residents Medication Aide | Med Tech | Medication Technician | Medication Administration | Senior Living | Resident Care Pay Range: 20.40 - 25.55 Employment Information This position is subject to applicable provincial employment standards. Administer medications and treatments to residents following physician orders and the Six Rights of Medication Administration. Maintain accurate real-time documentation in MAR/TAR and monitor residents for symptom relief and health changes.

Requires a High School Diploma or GED and certifications in Medication Administration, CPR, and First Aid. Experience in senior care is preferred.
