About Sunrise Senior Living Sunrise Senior Living provides resident-centered care while supporting team member growth across Canada. What You’ll Do: • Assist in leading daily activities, events, and enrichment programs • Encourage and support resident participation • Help prepare activity calendars and newsletters • Escort residents to and from programs as needed • Maintain organized activity spaces and supplies • Support volunteer engagement and community partnerships • Document participation per regulatory guidelines • Monitor resident engagement and communicate changes appropriately You help create meaningful experiences that enhance resident well-being and strengthen community connections. What We’re Looking For: • High School Diploma/GED • Strong communication and organizational skills • Ability to lead small group activities • Valid driver’s license (as applicable) • Senior living experience preferred Activities Assistant – Bring Joy, Purpose & Connection to Seniors Activities Assistant | Senior Living Activities Pay Range: 20.65 - 25.90 Employment Type: Casual This position is classified as a casual role. Casual employees work on an as-needed basis with no guaranteed hours and are not considered permanent employees. Employment is not guaranteed for any specific duration and may be ended at any time in accordance with applicable employment standards. Terms and conditions of employment will be outlined in the employment agreement. Employment Information This position is subject to applicable provincial employment standards.
