As a Night Supervisor (RN/LPN), you are the highest-level clinical authority on duty overnight ensuring resident safety, supervising care teams, and maintaining medication and documentation standards. What You’ll Do: • Monitor resident health and respond to condition changes • Evaluate and document falls, incidents, and emergencies • Supervise caregivers and medication staff • Manage attendance, staffing gaps, and shift assignments • Oversee medication administration and narcotic counts • Transcribe physician orders and update Service Plans • Ensure documentation meets regulatory standards • Serve as liaison with physicians, pharmacy, and families You combine independent clinical judgment with shift-level leadership, serving as the clinical anchor of the building during overnight operations. The Night Supervisor acts as the primary clinical authority overnight, responsible for monitoring resident health and responding to emergencies. They also supervise care staff, manage shift assignments, and ensure all documentation meets regulatory standards.

Candidates must hold an active RN or LPN license and have graduated from an approved nursing program. At least one year of experience in a senior care or clinical setting is required.
