The primary responsibility is performing painting tasks as part of a production team, focusing on achieving high-quality results that lead to positive client reviews. This role also involves learning how to interact with clients to address their questions and concerns.

Candidates must be motivated individuals willing to work 40-50 hour weeks, with flexibility for weekend work depending on the weather, and possess a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle. A coachable mindset and a strong desire to put in serious effort to earn money are essential, though no prior experience is necessary.
