THE ROLE Reporting to the Store Manager, the Part-Time Sales Associate at ALDO is all about driving sales while creating a great in-store experience. You bring the energy, the style, and the attitude that keeps customers coming back. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING * Hit your sales goals and help the team achieve overall targets * Keep the store looking on point with strong visual merchandising and displays * Follow all policies and procedures (especially around payments, discounts, returns, and loss prevention) * Support daily operations like restocking and backstore tasks * Help create a positive, inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome WHAT SETS YOU APART * High school diploma or equivalent * Experience in retail or service industry * Deep interest in fashion * Big customer-first energy with a natural ability to connect with people * Available for day, night, and weekend shifts * Comfortable staying on your feet and lifting up to 35 lbs. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and previous experience in the retail or service industry. Applicants should possess a strong interest in fashion, excellent interpersonal skills, and the physical ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
