Head Swim Instructor - Fall

What You’ll Be Doing: Teaching swim lessons for kids and adults at all levels—whether they’re just starting or perfecting their skills. Working with the Aquatics Supervisor to solve challenges and improve teaching techniques. Supporting and mentoring other instructors by giving helpful feedback during visits. Covering classes when needed, because teamwork makes the dream work. Helping out with staff meetings and training sessions to keep our team top-notch. Training new instructors on our curriculum so they’re ready to dive in. Conducting water interviews to help recruit great new instructors. The Head Swim Instructor teaches swim lessons to all levels and mentors other instructors through feedback and training. They also collaborate with the Aquatics Supervisor to improve teaching techniques and assist in recruiting new staff.

Candidates must have a National Lifeguard Certification and Standard First Aid with CPR/AED Level C. A minimum of 2 years of swim teaching experience is required, and competitive swimming experience is considered a plus.
