What You’ll Do Teach swimmers of all ages using our structured and easy-to-follow curriculum Create a safe, fun, and encouraging learning environment Help swimmers build confidence and reach new milestones Communicate progress with parents in a positive, professional way Maintain a clean and organized pool deck Attend paid training and professional development workshops What We Offer Competitive pay: $19–$22/hour based on experience Small class sizes: (less stress, more connection majority of classes are private and semi-private) Paid training & ongoing mentorship Clear pathways for career growth (Senior Instructor, Head Instructor, Aquatic Coordinator) Flexible schedules – evenings and weekends available Supportive, positive team culture What We’re Looking For Strong swimmers - we love working with former competitive swimmers! Candidates must be strong swimmers with a positive attitude and experience working with children. Valid National Lifeguard and Standard First Aid & CPR-C certifications are required.
