BALLET TEACHER WANTED – SATURDAY MORNINGS CDM Dance & Music is looking for an experienced, engaging Ballet Teacher to join our faculty on Saturdays from 9:30 am–1:30 pm. RAD teaching experience is preferred, but our biggest priority is finding a teacher who is exceptional with young children, ages 2.5-7yrs We’re looking for someone who understands the needs of teaching young dancers. The ideal candidate has patience & warmth, strong classroom management, creativity, and the ability to make a class feel magical while still building real technique and excellent habits. The ideal candidate: Has strong ballet training and teaching experience Has experience teaching preschool and primary-aged dancers Can confidently manage a classroom while keeping young students engaged Is reliable, professional, prepared, and genuinely enjoys working with children Has RAD experience or familiarity with the RAD syllabus Can teach additional dance styles (a definite plus!)
