About the Role We're looking for a Server to deliver exceptional dining and table experiences to our tenants and their guests. You'll be an integral part of our service team, helping create a quality living environment for seniors. Reporting to the Hospitality Manager, you'll provide exemplary meal service across our dining rooms and designated areas, all guided by our Vibrant Advantage™ approach to meet and exceed expectations. Role Responsibilities: Set up, serve, and maintain dining rooms and designated service areas Take meal and beverage orders following established policies and Serving it Right guidelines Handle food in accordance with Food Safe sanitary procedures and regulatory standards Respond attentively and efficiently to tenant requests, questions, concerns, and complaints Take ownership of tenant issues and follow up to ensure satisfaction Wash plates, utensils, and glassware; assist with light kitchen food prep (soups, salads, entrees, desserts) Report any maintenance needs to the Hospitality Manager Follow WHMIS protocols, infection control guidelines, and maintain MSDS Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety policies and support Risk Management programs Perform other duties as assigned Necessary Education and Experience: Serving it Right Certification Food Safe Certification WHMIS Certification First Aid Certificate Previous experience in dining, hospitality, and/or full-service senior living is preferred Special Skills for Success: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and time management abilities with proven multitasking skills Good judgement, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities A true team player who understands that success comes from working together Friendly, energetic personality with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences through warm, genuine service Accepting applications until 07/09/2026 or until the role is filled

Deliver exceptional dining experiences to senior residents by taking orders and serving meals in accordance with sanitary standards. Maintain dining areas and assist with light kitchen food preparation while responding attentively to tenant requests.

Candidates must hold Serving it Right, Food Safe, WHMIS, and First Aid certifications. Previous experience in hospitality or senior living is preferred.
